Job Title: Strategic Logistics Director
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Logistics Director to lead our supply chain operations across Victoria's public health sector. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our logistics strategy, ensuring the efficient delivery of medical consumables and supplies to our customers.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to directly shape and support supply chain and logistics across Victoria's expanding public health sector. You will report to our Chief Executive and play a critical role in coordinating our logistics and immediate support functions, including warehousing, transport, distribution, integrated business planning, supply chain systems development and maintenance, as well as data and analytics functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of our logistics strategy, aligning it with our organisation's future and end-state consolidated logistics offering.
* Manage and motivate large teams through significant change, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver results.
* Collaborate with our stakeholders to identify and address business needs, developing and implementing solutions that meet their objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring we receive high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
