Key Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

* Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 3 years sales experience in key account management or similar role.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.
* Strong excel, PowerPoint, outlook and PowerBi skills.
