About you:
You've got solid experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume pub or similar setting.
Your cooking credentials and food safety certifications are up‑to‑date.
You're a natural‑born leader who commands respect with your skills and cool‑headed approach.
You have a serious love for creating delicious food that keeps people coming back for more.
