Executive Support Specialist
The role involves providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders within the organization.
* Coordinate and prioritize tasks, manage diaries and meetings, and ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
* Respond to internal and external queries, address routine to moderately complex email enquires, and maintain records management systems in line with organizational policies and procedures.
* Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, presentations, and minutes, including sensitive and confidential information.
* Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for senior executive service officers, ensuring compliance with organizational travel policy.
* Develop and sustain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and other support staff across the division and wider organization.
