We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts to join our team at MRI Software. In this role, you will work closely with the Director & General Manager of Enterprise for APAC to acquire new enterprise and franchise group customers, drive growth in our clients' share of wallet across MRI Software subscriptions, and act as a local leader based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling SaaS software within the real estate industry or possess relevant experience in software sales. A solution sales focus and the ability to negotiate and sell to C-suite executives are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director & General Manager of Enterprise for APAC to identify and target potential enterprise and franchise group customers for MRI Software.Drive new business acquisition by effectively presenting and articulating the value proposition of MRI Software solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and promoting additional MRI Software products and services to increase their share of wallet.Serve as a local leader for the Victorian office, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.Attend industry functions, conferences, and networking events as directed to build relationships and promote MRI Software's brand and solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the market to drive product enhancements and innovation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Requirements:Proven track record of success in solution sales, ideally within the real estate industry or software sales.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and training sessions.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, real estate, etc.) preferred.What Makes this a great opportunity?MRI is an industry leader that has experienced double digit revenue growth year over yearWe provide great internal sales support including marketing supportBase Salary + Uncapped Commission structureAccess to our wellbeing program – Thrive at MRIFlexi Anyday + Me Days to help align work with lifeEngaging, fun & Inclusive culture: check out the MRI Software APAC Insta feed and StoriesAbout the business:MRI Software is a global Proptech leader delivering innovative applications and hosted solutions that free real estate companies to elevate their business.
