KJ Cunningham & Co is a family-owned and operated mixed crop and livestock farm near Tambellup, WA. We grow canola, wheat, barley, and lupins, while also running a merino sheep flock, including fat lamb production using terminal sires.
Farm areas acres currently with 6 700 ewes mated annually. 2025 has seen 8 000 acres in crop.
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking General Farm Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of cropping and livestock duties, as well as general farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Livestock Work – Management of feeding, drenching, shearing, mustering, and feedlot operations.
· Machinery Operation & Maintenance – may be called upon to assist during peak seasons.
· Infrastructure Maintenance – Fencing, yards, and general farm upkeep.
· Safe Work Practices – Adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures.
About You:
· Capable of managing and handling sheep independently.
· Experience in mixed farming operations (or a strong willingness to learn).
· Confident operating and maintaining farm machinery.
· Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Strong work ethic with a focus on safety.
