Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Leader to lead our dynamic team in Orange NSW. This role will provide leadership and management to a support team that promotes the dignity of customers and supports them to develop to their potential.
The successful candidate will provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.

Key Requirements:
* Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability
* Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team
* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
* Certificate 4 in Disability Services or relevant experience
* CPR and First Aid Certificate
