The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Event Marketing Leader to own strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact events that support regional and enterprise GTM priorities. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer who brings a strong strategic lens, executive presence, and operational rigor—someone who can influence senior stakeholders, lead complex programs end-to-end, and elevate how events drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
You'll serve as a trusted partner to sales leadership, field marketing, and cross-functional teams, translating business priorities into scalable, measurable event programs and experiences while continuously raising the bar on quality and impact.
What You'll Do
* Own the event strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact programs, including third-party sponsorships, Adobe-led flagship events, executive roadshows, and technical/solution-focused experiences.
* Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder events, ensuring alignment to GTM priorities, flawless execution, and adherence to Adobe brand and experience standards.
* Partner closely with sales leadership and field marketing to shape event strategies that support regional business goals, target account engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior internal stakeholders, providing clear communication, recommendations, and performance insights.
* Own budget planning and oversight across the event portfolio, including forecasting, contract negotiation, and ROI optimization.
* Lead and manage external agencies, production partners, and vendors, setting clear expectations and holding partners accountable to quality, timelines, and outcomes.
* Define and deliver customer journeys and experiences that deepen relationships, strengthen Adobe's brand, and drive long-term customer value.
* Establish and track success metrics, including pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI; deliver post-event analysis and strategic recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to standardize processes, scale best practices, and mentor junior team members or extended teams, elevating overall event maturity.
What You need to succeed
* 10+ years of experience leading event or field marketing programs in a B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
* Proven track record of owning large, complex event portfolios with measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, setting direction while ensuring operational excellence.
* Strong experience partnering with sales leaders and senior stakeholders, with confidence presenting plans, insights, and recommendations.
* Expertise in budget management, vendor negotiation, and agency leadership across high-dollar, high-visibility programs.
* Exceptional program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across regions or segments.
* A strategic, customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering premium, differentiated experiences.
* Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through influence rather than authority.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an executive presence.
