Workforce Project Officer
The Workforce Project Officer plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering workforce solutions to support the directorate. This involves conducting research, analysis and project delivery focused on enhancing people outcomes and services within early childhood education and care.
This role requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers and leaders across the Department. The successful candidate will ensure seamless workforce management outcomes by exercising sound judgement, using initiative and understanding public sector human resource frameworks.
* Coordinate projects and engage with key stakeholders effectively
* Deliver business management functions for the directorate efficiently
* Analyse data and draw insights to support workforce management outcomes successfully
* Implement projects using initiative and sound judgement
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Project or Business Management is desirable for this role.
The successful applicant must undergo a working with children check and undertake an EC Facilitator Lead course.
