Role Snapshot
* Type – Maximum Term Full-Time (6-month contract ending Feb' 2026)
* Schedule – 5 days per week (Mon–Friday) – no night shifts, ever
* Location – Illawarra region – Work from home and providing clinical support to clients in their home environment.
* Support – Ongoing clinical guidance, peer connection, and autonomy to plan your day
* Resources – iPad, Laptop, work phone, paid travel time + mileage reimbursement
What You'll Do:
* Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs
* Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management
* Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
* Empower clients through education and promote health and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* Great communication and time management skills
* Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
