ARA Electrical is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors.
Assist with invoicing, documentation, timesheets and procurement.
Prepare reports and documentation through various platforms.
Maintain registers, customer correspondence, and filing systems to ensure all records are up to date.
Complete other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, scanning and filing.
Liaise with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
Previous experience in a workshop based administration role (electrical or engineering environment highly regarded).
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
