Responsibilities
- Safely operate a double reach forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, shelves, etc., using the double reach forklift.
- Perform regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as picking orders, packing shipments, and organizing inventory.
Key skills and Qualifications
- Living in Australia within easy reach of Dandenong South Melbourne
- Previous experience operating a double reach forklift is required.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
