About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers to work one on one with clients in their home and community, supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose. In-home personal care and daily living assistance are provided in alignment with each client's care plan.
Responsibilities
* In-home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
* Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
* Support with social and community engagement
* Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments
Requirements
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
