The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with drive and energy, motivated by putting our customers first. Our high performing team at the Rockhampton office have a genuine desire to see others succeed. In this fast-paced environment, you will be well supported and given opportunities for advancement and growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide admin support to the regional team who aim to deliver an exceptional service to clients both internally and externally.
* Schedule contractors' attendances across regional locations effectively in line with SLA's.
* Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs.
* Arrange specialist reports where required to support the estimating team.
* Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies.
* Dispute / issue resolution as required.
* Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off.
* Work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's.
* Process invoices.
* Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and in a timely fashion.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Previous administration experience, highly desirable.
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Construction background highly regarded, however not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
* Ability to develop strong relationships.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Can-do & positive attitude
