The Opportunity

We're looking for talented employment lawyers (4+ PQE) to join our network and work across a diverse portfolio of clients. Current opportunities include a leading financial institution, major law firms, and emerging engagements with innovative organisations — including a care‐share technology company.

You'll advise on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, from enterprise bargaining and workplace investigations to complex employee disputes and Fair Work compliance — all within dynamic, high‐performing environments.

Key requirements

* 4+ years' PQE in employment/IR law.
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work and enterprise agreements.
* Skilled in managing complex stakeholder and employee relations matters.Commercial, pragmatic, and confident working in fast‐paced settings.
