Full Time - Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Administrator for maternity cover on a fixed-term contract ending 30th June 2025, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent, full-time role. As an Office Administrator, you will handle general administrative duties and assist the Directors in daily operations.
Duties will include:
* Answering calls and handling queries. Filtering calls for Directors and redirecting to the appropriate staff member
* Greeting, assisting, and/or directing clients and the general public to the appropriate staff member
* Liaising with staff, clients, cleaner, strata manager, etc.
* Monitoring Directors' emails, forwarding, and downloading documents
* Assisting with purchasing office equipment or project needs
* Managing daily mailing and banking
* Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen and managing supplies
* Conducting research on the Internet as required
* Maintaining and monitoring the use and booking of the meeting room
* Performing any other reasonable functions as required
Skills or experience required:
* More than 2 years of full-time experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Previous admin role within an Engineering Consulting firm (preferred but not required)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Class C NSW Driver's license
