Position Overview
Location: Remote / Work From Home (Australia-wide)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor | Performance-Based
Working Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST (4–8 hours daily)
Experience Required: Sales / Telemarketing / Appointment Setting
Pay Structure: A$5 per hour base + performance bonuses (up to $1,000 per sale)

About the Role
We are a national real estate agency looking for experienced Tele-Callers / Appointment Setters to join our remote team. This is a target-driven position for confident communicators who can handle rejection professionally and take ownership of their performance.
Full training and all necessary tools are provided.
Training & Payment Structure
* Two-week unpaid training period
* Held salary model during the first year
* First payment issued in the third month
* Two-month rolling salary reserve
* Held salary released after 12 months
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Book appointments for property consultations
* Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Meet daily and weekly KPIs
* Work independently in a remote environment
Requirements
* Strong communication and phone skills
* Previous experience in tele-calling or appointment setting
* Self-motivated with good time management
* Ability to handle rejection professionally
* Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
* Laptop or desktop computer (CRM training provided)
