Job Description
* Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory.
* Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
* Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers.
* Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
* Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
* Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution.
* Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction markets
* Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
* Analytical and organized with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
