This role involves assessing and treating clients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, vascular disease, arthritis, and neuropathies. You will also have the opportunity to deliver education and health promotion to communities to empower them with prevention strategies and long-term outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Client Care: Assess and treat clients with complex foot health needs, including diabetes-related complications, vascular disease, arthritis, and neuropathies.
* Education and Health Promotion: Deliver educational sessions and workshops to empower communities with prevention strategies and long-term outcomes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with allied health professionals and GPs to create holistic care plans for clients.
