About the Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* The ideal candidate will have previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently using the park booking system
* Maintaining accurate records and managing accounts effectively
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
* Providing guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Possession of a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state (if required)
* Able to handle cash transactions accurately and work independently
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current driver's license essential
