Our purpose is simple – make possibility a reality.Make an ImpactJoin the amazing team at Endeavour Foundation as an Employment Coach on a 12-month maternity leave contract based in Kew, VIC — with the exciting possibility of going permanent You'll be helping to train and support our incredible supported employees, while also getting stuck into some engaging admin tasks. It's all onsite, no travel required, and you'll be surrounded by a friendly, passionate team that makes work feel good every day.Responsibilities: Promote Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice, profiling theavailable suite of services to persons with disability.Promote a continuous improvement culture to support our supportedemployees to achieve their NDIS employment goals.Assist with Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews,including the development of person-centred support activities that arerelevant to the workplace.Assist in the collection of information for all internal and external reportingensuring all obligations are met and audit requirements completed.Collaborate with the site manager, to review procedures and processesensuring efficiency and continual improvement of service delivery.Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and externalstakeholders to build productive collaborative partnerships.In conjunction with site managers, undertake referral, attraction,recruitment and selection activities for Supported Employees to ensurecommercial operations are optimised.Skills and Experience:Experience working with people with a disability in an employment setting or direct support is highly regarded.Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centred framework and applying the principles of social justice.Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace - move from one priority to another.A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment.Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to engage with and collaborate effectively with external internal and external stakeholders.Experience in training, coaching, and developing people with disabilities.Qualifications:Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management will be highly regarded.Working with Childrens Check (Blue Card).NDIS clearance.National Police clearance.Mental Health First Aid will be highly regarded.Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits Package up to$15,900of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.Training is provided with local offices and managers.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Discounted family gym memberships through Fitness Passport.Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance Plans, whitegoods, and appliances.Reward and Recognition Program.We'd love to hear from you.
