Job Description:
* Identify and apply for grant opportunities that align with organisational objectives.
* Manage existing partnerships and foster new relationships with stakeholders.
* Develop and implement strategies for securing funding and resources.
* Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.
* Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and reports for funders and partners.
* Maintain up-to-date records of funding opportunities and partnership activities.
* Ensure compliance with grant and partnership agreements, including financial accountability.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
* Sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements.
* A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
