Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Manager to lead our laboratory team. This key leadership role requires a motivated professional with strong operational expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Direct team activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
* Manage team rostering, payroll, and leave in alignment with production requirements.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in coal laboratories.
* Working knowledge of sampling, preparation, analysis, validation, and reporting.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training or equivalent.
* Strong safety awareness and risk management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CCLAS.
