About your new role: This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated Customer Care Coordinators within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to guide, coach, and develop the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
