About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional who can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, providing quick responses and accurate results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues.

1. Provision of IT support services, level 1/2 tickets
">
2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners
">
3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
">
4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
">
5. Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
">
6. Keeping inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
">
7. Testing new technology and training users
">
8. Active participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and services
">

Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 3 years helpdesk experience
">
* Diploma in Information Technology is preferred
">
* Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills
">
* Advanced problem-solving skills
">
* Knowledge in the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices
">
* Determining customer needs and establishing service solutions and forecasts
">
* Maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude
">
* Communicating effectively and appropriately with others
">
* Able to work independently
