Test Lead Role Overview

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled test lead to join our team and drive all testing phases, including End to End Testing, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
* You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans, as well as coordinating testing activities across multiple teams.
* Defect tracking and triage processes are also a key part of this role, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
* Mentorship and continuous improvement in testing practices are highly valued in this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes.
* Coordinate End to End Testing, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), and other critical phases.
* Manage defect tracking and triage processes, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
* Mentor test analysts and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' testing experience, ideally within commercial insurance.
* Experience in planning automation test delivery is highly desirable.
* ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level and Agile fundamentals certification.
* Proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and test automation frameworks.
