G & J Civil P/L are seeking a skilled site supervisor with expertise in mobile plant operations. Our civil earthmoving company in the Barossa Valley area is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team
Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of site supervision experience.
As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small crew to achieve a high level of success and efficiency on our projects. Having tickets in grader, loader, excavator, skid steer, and roller would be advantageous for this role. Additionally, knowledge in subdivision, pipe laying, level one, compaction, and the ability to read and execute plans are essential skills for this position. Familiarity with the Trimble UTS system is also a plus.
A minimum of any 2 mobile plant operator tickets is required for this role.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively delegate tasks to the crew on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with engineered drawings of the site.
