**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Multicultural and Refugee Health team, where you will play a key role in providing data-driven insights and analytics to inform strategic and operational planning. In this position, you will analyse complex healthcare data, identify patterns and trends, and deliver actionable insights to guide decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare outcomes for diverse populations within our District.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Conduct data analysis and modelling to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Prepare, optimize, and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations primarily using PowerBI and SQL.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with HNE IT, eHealth, and service delivery partners to ensure smooth operation of analytics systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ICT standards and support the integration of data analytics solutions across the organization.
- Support the ongoing development of technical expertise, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to the efficient deployment and monitoring of service-specific systems.

**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**:
Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, data science, ICT, health analytics or equivalent and/or relevant experience.
