Staff accommodation or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months is provided to eligible staff members.

About The Role
The Homeless Health Outreach Team works closely with individuals who have mental health diagnoses and are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless within the North West region.
Our team provides assessments, coordination, and clinical interventions tailored to meet the needs of these individuals, requiring high levels of clinical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary degree qualification, registration/licences, C Class Motor Vehicle Licence, pre-employment screening including Criminal History checks, evidence of vaccination or immunity to specific diseases, and a period of 6 months' probation may apply.
