For an Education and Training Manager to join the team at AGA. Located in Deer Park, and overseeing 4 sites - Deer Park, Warrigal, Korumburra, and Bairnsdale - the Education and Training Manager is a senior management position in the organisation.

**About the role**:
The Education and Training Manager is a senior management position in the organisation and this role is responsible for the primary oversight over the AGA Registered Training Operations (RTO). This role requires intimate knowledge of the business model, advocate on its behalf, and lead the promotion of AGA as a professional training organisation committed to creating a positive experience for all stakeholders.
**About you**:
- Strong knowledge of the RTO standards, and VET operations.
- Demonstrated similar experience in a successful RTO
- Experience in supervision and development of staff and resources
- Experience in training delivery, methodology and curriculum in addition to change management and implementation of organisational change systems
