An exciting opportunity exists for a Practice Network Manager to join our Western Australian GP Partner Led PCN. This part-time role involves overseeing the operational development of the network, including emerging national and local policies, new care models, and system integration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage practice support needs within the network
* Provide operational management support to practice managers
* Promote network services to member practice stakeholders
* Lead workforce development and integration of new roles within the network
Requirements:
* Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets
* Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
