About the Role
As Store Manager of the brand's flagship Mt Gravatt location, you'll lead a team of 60 in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You'll take ownership of sales performance, operational excellence, and team development while maintaining the brand's strong visual and service standards. This role requires a leader who can inspire through example, build capability across all levels, and drive commercial results with precision and energy.
What You Need
Proven apparel retail management experience
Strength in people management, coaching, and performance development
Skilled in conflict resolution, delegation, and clear communication
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to analyse trade and react quickly
Resilient, agile, and confident leading large teams in a high-volume setting
