Principal Engineer - Product Business
We're searching for a Principal Engineer for an exciting, well funded & profitable product start-up leading the way in AI innovation. They need a technical, hands on leader to lead a small, distributed squad of engineers building a product used by thousands. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and real-world impact, shaping architecture, scaling systems, and guiding a talented team.

Principal Engineer - Product Business
We're searching for a Principal Engineer for an exciting, well funded & profitable product start-up leading the way in AI innovation. They need a technical, hands on leader to lead a small, distributed squad of engineers building a product used by thousands. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and real-world impact, shaping architecture, scaling systems, and guiding a talented team.

You'll bring:
* Experience in a leadership role, ideally in a product or SaaS business. If you're coming from an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead position, this could be a great option for you.
* Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, Next NodeJS, GraphQL, AWS.
* Proven ability to architect APIs, scale distributed systems, and tame complexity.
* Experience with secure systems (OAuth2, SAML), event-driven architectures, CI/CD, infra-as-code.
Finer Details:
* 2 days a week in the office in Sydney
* Full TypeScript tech stack
* Salary range is $180K-$200K + Super + Stock
