What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a positive first impression of the practice
* Scheduling and managing patient appointments while balancing the needs of multiple patients
* Communicating effectively with patients in person and over the phone to address enquiries and concerns
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
* Assisting with the preparation of patient files and radiological examinations
* Performing various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management
* Collaborating closely with the medical team to support efficient clinical operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in using medical software and general computer systems
* A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour
* A commitment to high‑quality patient care and upholding the values of our practice
* Knowledge of a second language (Chinese or Vietnamese) is highly regarded
