Job Description
What you bring to the table
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our Head office. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to a positive and welcoming office culture.
You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Delivering administrative support across the business, including phone handling, visitor assistance and courier management.
- Oversee daily errands such as mail handling, office supplies and maintaining a warm, inclusive workplace environment.
- Support internal events and training activities including catering, room setup, decorations and RSVPs.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements.
- Support the broader team with calendar management and event planning.
This role is ideal for someone ready to advance their administrative career, with opportunities to engage in both operational and strategic support.
Desired Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - in particular Excel, Word and Outlook capabilities.
