Through mentorship and involvement in live projects, you'll build a solid foundation in fire safety engineering and play a key role in shaping safer, more resilient environments.
**Key Responsibilities****Scope*** Assess how fires start, spread, and impact structures and occupants.
* Apply scientific and engineering principles to reduce fire risk, protect people and assets, and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
* Utilise zone- and CFD modelling to conduct fire and smoke analyses, combined with pedestrian egress modelling, and risk assessments to inform fire safety strategies.
* Prepare technical documentation including fire engineering reports and drawings, outlining design solutions.We're looking for a motivated and curious graduate who is eager to build a career in fire safety engineering.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
