Job Specification
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing a well-established, high-volume pharmacy operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced pharmacist ready to drive performance, mentor a large team, and further grow professional services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of 20+ staff
* Overseeing day-to-day dispensary operations
* Ensuring compliance QCPP standards + 8CPA professional service targets
* Ensure to delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical services
* Managing workflow across a high-script environment
* Supporting and expanding services across FSOP
You will work a full-time roster (38+ hours), primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend involvement as required.
Skills Required
* AHPRA registered Pharmacist
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role (3-4+ years)
* Strong understanding of community pharmacy operations and FSOP
* Experience with QCPP and professional services delivery
* Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills
