Financial Administrator Position
We are seeking an organized professional to manage daily and monthly finance tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time opportunity.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and administration
* Daily bank reconciliations and processing customer receipts
* Managing accounts payable, including weekly payment runs and a monthly overseas payment run
* Setting up new suppliers and customers within the ERP system
* Executing month-end duties, including credit card reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
* Providing ad hoc payroll assistance
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting administration role
* Experience with daily bank reconciliations and managing payment runs
* Familiarity with setting up customers and suppliers in an ERP system
* A high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
