What We Offer
High-Quality, Strategic Commercial Work
Advise a diverse SME client base on complex, commercially meaningful matters — including terms of service, privacy policies, and IP protection strategies. Prepare thoughtful legal advice and documents that directly influences clients' businesses.
A Fully Remote Role
Work from anywhere in Australia — ideally from Sydney where you could work a hybrid model and collaborate closely with our existing office and remote teams.
Leadership Opportunity in a Growing Team
Step into a leadership role leading our commercial division, currently supported by a junior lawyer and a paralegal. With strong workflow and strategic vision, this is a rare opportunity to shape and grow your own team.
Support to Focus on Your Expertise
Client Managers handle inbound enquiries, admin and support quoting — giving you more time to focus on high-value legal work and client strategy, not chasing paperwork.
Progressive Legal leverages industry-leading technology to support lawyers in the efficient preparation of legal work and accurate record-keeping.
Genuine Work-Life Balance & Great Culture
Enjoy a no-politics, collaborative team culture. Everyone supports one another — we work hard, but we also look after each other.
