Job Title
A seasoned ServiceNow Architect is required to deliver Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) solutions for Federal Government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ServiceNow platforms, including infrastructure setup, DevOps enablement, and secure cloud deployment.
* Oversight of platform establishment, including infrastructure provisioning, environment planning, system hardening, and cloud configuration according to IRAP PROTECTED standards.
* Define DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for the ServiceNow environment, incorporating version control, test automation, and release workflows.
* Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout all phases of the solution lifecycle.
* Ensure integration with Whole-of-Government platforms.
