Disability Support Position
We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team in Rockingham, WA.
This role involves assisting participants with challenging behaviours, including personal care tasks and community access.
We require individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in support work, demonstrating compassion and the ability to make a positive impact.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for improving the lives of others.
* Assisting participants with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management;
* Providing support and guidance to enable participants to develop and maintain their independence;
* Accompanying participants on outings and activities in the community, promoting social inclusion and engagement;
