Job Description
As a therapist with Connect2Care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services to people with disabilities.
* Assess and provide interventions for children & adults living with various disabilities.
* Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement.
* Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications.
* Timely documentation & report writing.
* Manage a varied caseload.
* Meet professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management).
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To apply for this role, you will need:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
* Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA).
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
* Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
* Car insurance.
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.
