Seeking a Technical Writer to assist the Digital Services Branch to develop process and policy documentation.

**Your new role**
As the Technical Writer you will:
- Update and maintain technology baseline documentation (cloud-based services), which may include: Procedures, how to guides, FAQ's, refining environment maps such as data flows documenting IT technical scenarios.
- Develop communications on the Branch's staff options and obligations in using the Branch's ICT equipment and services.
- Develop and update process and policy material.
- Assist with documentation to support projects, cyber security and digital governance.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Very strong technical skills/knowledge and experience writing in an ICT context including with the mentioned documents and for a range of audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills to achieve the outcomes.
