About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to lead regional hire and sales operations across the Northern Territory.

* Develop and deliver hire and sales strategies aligned with regional growth targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across industrial, infrastructure, and project sectors.
* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market engagement and local networking.
* Represent the business at events, client meetings, and through direct outreach.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered efficiently.
* Monitor competitor activity and regional trends to maintain a strong market position.
* Support day-to-day branch operations where required.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial, construction, hire, or related technical sales environments.
A confident communicator with a proactive approach to building client relationships is essential.
Familiarity with KPI-driven roles and CRM/reporting systems is also necessary.
The successful candidate will hold a solid understanding of regional project pipelines and local market dynamics.
A current driver's licence is required.
