As our business evolves, we are looking for a motivatedFacilities Managerto join our collaborative team. This role offers a stimulating mix of office-based administration and on-site engagement with contractors and stakeholders across a select portfolio of residential, commercial, and aged care high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day building operations, including preventative and reactive maintenance of premium systems and assets
Manage contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities management matters
Coordinate capital works and upgrade projects
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports
Maintain compliance with WHS, building codes, and industry regulations
Manage and track work orders, documentation, and invoicing processes
Prepare reports, budgets, and maintenance plans as required
Monitor and report on Building Management Systems (BMS) daily and respond as needed
Support after-hours emergency issues (primarily remote, occasional site attendance)
Attend Body Corporate and stakeholder meetings as required
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
Perform additional duties as directed by senior FM staff
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management
Strong understanding of building services and systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing contractors or service providers in a commercial setting
Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple, ever-changing priorities
Proficient in property-related software systems
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and WHS obligations
Current Driver’s Licence required
Qualifications in Facilities, Property, or a Trade-related field are highly regarded
