About the Role
You will provide low-intensity, person-centred support that helps clients maintain independence and stay connected to their community.
Responsibilities Include
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Supporting community participation and social outings
* Personal care and assistance with daily routines
* Transporting clients to appointments or errands
* Building respectful and supportive relationships
What You'll Bring
* A caring and compassionate approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently in the community
* Studying or completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar
* Minimum 120 hours placement completed
Essential Requirements
* Australian working rights
