Are you highly organised, proactive and passionate about supporting services that create meaningful change for high‐risk young people? We are seeking an ICMS Administration & Support Worker to join our Intensive Case Management Services team and help ensure smooth, efficient and responsive operations across the program.

Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) provide tailored, long‐term and high‐level support to young people with complex behavioural, emotional and social needs. These young people are often child protection clients who require more intensive, assertive and relationship‐based case management than traditional models can offer.

ICMS operates using a proactive, multidisciplinary and outreach‐focused approach, characterised by:

* High levels of contact and engagement with young people
* Intense relational work and trust‐building
* Strong youth participation in planning and decision‐making
* Collaboration with families, carers and significant community members (where appropriate)

Our goal is to strengthen stability, safety and wellbeing by surrounding young people with consistent, capable and compassionate support.

The ICMS Administration & Support Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the team can deliver consistent, high‐quality services. You'll provide administrative, coordination and operational support to case managers, team leaders and the broader ICMS program. This role requires someone who is organised, adaptable and committed to supporting a multidisciplinary team working with high‐needs young people.

Selection Criteria:

* A relevant qualification such as Diploma of Community Services or Case Management and/or experience relevant to this role.
* Demonstrated ability to provide task-based support to young people.
* An understanding of the developmental and therapeutic needs of young people who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect.
* Highly developed communication, networking and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people.
