Overview
The Role: Provide high level effective and efficient administrative support to the Executive Director of Medical Services, including the management of clinical/financial and administrative information and correspondence.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation of complex documents including Ministerial correspondence.
* Provide support to meetings as required.
* Contribute to the administration team within the general administration office to ensure sustainable administration support is available at all times.
* Provide secretariat support to other Senior Clinicians as required.
* Administer North West clinician credentialing.
The position will be predominantly based at the North West Regional Hospital (NWRH) executive offices; however, the expectation is to work across the region, including the Mersey Community Hospital (MCH) when required.

Details of appointment
Permanent full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.
* Hours notwithstanding are negotiable with the successful applicant.

Salary
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
