We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team.
This is an exciting permanent position that offers the chance to work on landmark projects across NSW and QLD in the growing remedial and recladding sector.
About the Role
* Manage contract administration across multiple remedial and recladding projects.
* Review head contracts and subcontracts, identifying risks and compliance issues.
* Assess contractor financial performance and ensure cost control.
* Manage and process variations, progress claims, and EOTs.
* Ensure compliance with the Security of Payments Act and project-specific contract obligations.
* Undertake pricing analysis and support accurate budgeting and forecasting.
* Prepare and certify subcontractor payments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally within remedial or façade/cladding projects. They will also hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
A strong working knowledge of contract law, drafting contracts, updating contractor scopes to contracts, negotiation, and change order processes is essential.
