Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership:
o Assess client conditions using standardized tools to determine optimal treatment plans.
o Develop tailored treatment plans that consider each client's unique needs and medical factors.
o Lead and mentor the speech therapy team to improve service delivery and enhance their skills.
o Conduct regular meetings with therapists to discuss progress, goals, and professional development.
* Team Development:
o Collaborate with the team to set goals, develop strategies, and implement best practices.
o Provide coaching and mentoring to help team members grow professionally and advance in their careers.
* Quality Assurance:
o Develop and maintain standards for speech therapy services.

Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from an accredited university or equivalent.
* Current registration/membership with a relevant professional association.
